Costi Gurgu's fictions appeared in Romania, Canada, the United States, England and Denmark. He has three published books and over 40 short stories for which he won 24 awards. Recent publications include the anthologies Tesseracts 17 (CA), The Mammoth Book of Dieselpunk (US), Dark Horizons (US), Street Magick (US), Water (CA), and Alice Unbound (CA). His novel, Retetarium, was published in Romania by Tritonic (2006) and in the United States by White Cat Publications (2017) under the name RecipeArium.
