He was born on May 22, 1948 in the town of Tătărăștii de Sus; current residence, Bucharest.
Studies: a) university: Institute of Medicine Timișoara, graduated in 1972;
b) post-graduate studies: specialization in pediatrics and infant cardiology (1978-1980) in the Fundeni Clinical Hospital, later obtaining skills in nutrition, metabolic diseases and diabetes (1991-1992), acupuncture (1993).
She is a member of the Writers' Union from Romania since 1998 and the Society of Medical Writers and Publicists from Romania;
He has published volumes, including 17 poems (Ferestrele somnului, Info Team publishing house 1995, The hidden kingdom, Albatros ed. 1996, Exodul uitarii, Semne ed. 1998, The dictatorship of love, Mirabilis ed. 2000, Cry to the light, Mirabilis ed. 2002, Memoria statuilor, Tempus ed. 2005, Imperial love, Mirabilis ed. 2006, Joc tainic, Semne ed. 2011, Cânduri albastra noapte etc.), 4 volumes of short prose (Morning Thoughts, Evening Thoughts, Paths of the Soul, Traveler in the Labyrinth) and the novel Dora, beyond the smile. It is present in over twenty anthologies.

Guest in many TV shows on literary and medical topics. He has collaborations in the literary press and media.
