After they have accepted that they cannot control the inevitable and that their role is to wisely sail through the flow of events, Mara and Costs focused on the healing and evolution of the multivers affected by the transformations orchestrated by Ananke, the weaver of the inevitable. Time seemed to flow into a new harmony, in which change and stability coexisted in a dynamic balance.
However, one day, Mara felt a deep disturbance in the fabric of the cosmic essence. It was not a regular vibration or fluctuation, but a deep silence, as an absence of existence itself. She turned her attention to the source of this silence and discovered that a whole section of the cosmic essence had become inert, lifeless and energy.
"Costs, something strange happens," Mara said in a worried voice. "A part of the cosmic essence seems to have entered a state of absolute stagnation. It is as if the consciousness in that region has ceased to exist."
Costs also feels this anomaly and frowned. "This may be a consequence of the inevitable events we allowed. Perhaps some realities could not bear the transformations and fell into a state of passive entropy."
Mara shook her head. "No, it is not entropy. It is the total absence of consciousness. We must investigate immediately."

Traveling to the affected region, the two cosmic guards discovered a vast empty, where not even the fundamental strings of existence were vibrating. In the center of this vacuum, an unknown entity began to take shape. It was an enigmatic presence, enveloped in a pale light, almost imperceptible.
"Welcome, Mara and Costs," said the entity in a barely whispering voice. "I am Eon, the final reflector. I am the manifestation of universal consciousness in its ultimate state, the final point of the evolution of all things. ”
Mara looked at him with surprise. "Eon, what does this mean? Why has this part of the cosmic essence became inert?"
Eon looked down. "The continuous evolution of consciousness has achieved a saturation point. All experiences, knowledge and existence have been lived. Now, the universal consciousness wants to return to the state of absolute unity, to its apotheosis. I am the catalyst."
Costs feel a wave of concern. "But that would mean the end of individuality, diversity and choices. We cannot afford everything to return to a single uniform consciousness."
Eon looked at them with a neutral expression. "It is the natural cycle of existence. After expansion and diversification, the reunification and withdrawal itself follow. It is time for everything to return to the source."

Conscious of the severity of the situation, Mara and Costs convened again the Council of Cosmic Guardians to discuss this new challenge. The guards were divided into opinions: some believed that the reunification was a necessary step, others feared the loss of identity and the potential of continuous evolution.
Elysia, the weaving of dimensions, he spoke. "If we allow the total reunification, we risk losing everything we have built and learned. But if we oppose it, we can cause an even greater imbalance."
Zephar, the keeper of the balance, he added, "Maybe there is a middle way. Maybe we can facilitate an apotheosis of consciousness to keep the individuality, but also allow a deeper connection to the source."
Mara reflects on these words. "Maybe the solution is to create a network of interconnected consciences, a Conflux of essences, to allow each being to access universal knowledge without losing what makes it unique. ”

Returning to Eon, Mara and Costs presented them with their proposal. "Instead of a total reunification, we propose to facilitate the creation of the conflux of essences. Thus, universal consciousness can reach apotheosis without canceling diversity and individuality."
Eon seemed intrigued. "It is an interesting idea. But you are aware that this will change the nature of existence forever? There will no longer be a clear separation between consciousness."
Costs answered with confidence. "We are ready to accept this change if that means maintaining the balance between unity and diversity."

With Eon's consent, the cosmic guards began to work on creating the conflux of essences. Using their skills, they built an energy network that connects all the consciousness from the cosmic essence, allowing the free exchange of knowledge and experiences, without dissolving the individual identities.
As the conflux caught shape, the cosmic essence began to vibrate at a new level of harmony. Beings of all multivers now felt a deep connection with others, a universal empathy that enriched their existence.
Eon observes the results with satisfaction. "You have managed to find a way that allows the apotheosis of consciousness without sacrificing diversity. This is a new beginning for all forms of life."

As a result of this transformation, Mara and Costs felt that their role had evolved again. They were no longer just guards of balance and evolution, but facilitators of an interconnected universal consciousness.
"I learned that evolution does not have a final point," said Mara contemplatively. "It is a continuous process of adaptation and transformation."
Costs nod. "And that true apotheosis is not absorption in a monolithic unit, but the harmonization of individualities in a cohesive whole."

With the conflux of the established essences, the multivers entered a new era of cooperation and development. Knowledge and experiences were now shared freely, allowing civilizations to progress at an unprecedented rhythm. Conflicts diminished, and mutual understanding became the norm.
Mara and Costs were watching over this new ecosystem of consciousness, making sure that the balance between unity and diversity was maintained.
But one day, they felt a new vibration, one that did not come from the cosmic essence or the hidden infinity. It was a completely new presence, which seemed to come from outside any known reality.
"Costs, do you feel this?" Mara asked, with a slight fear in her voice.
"Yes, and it does not resemble anything I have met so far."
From the space between existences, a voice echoed: "I am Transcendent singularity, an entity that exists beyond all levels of reality. I have noticed your evolution and I am here to give you the opportunity to transcend even this form of consciousness. ”
Mara and Costs looked puzzled. "What does that mean?" Mara asked.
"The conflux of essences is just a stage," explains singularity. "There are higher levels of existence that not even the hidden infinity can perceive. I give you the chance to access these levels, to become architects of the new realities."

Faced this new opportunity, the guards had to decide if they were ready to leave behind everything they knew again. But, remembering the lessons learned, they knew that continuous evolution needed courage and openness.
"We are ready to explore these new horizons," Mara said with determination. "But we will do this with all the consciousness in Conflux."
The transcendental singularity smiled. "Then let's start on this new way."

Thus, Mara, Costs and the entire network of consciousness from the conflux of essences were directed to new dimensions of existence, where the possibilities were infinite and where the evolution took unimaginable forms.
The echo of strings It continued to propagate, now not only by the cosmic essence, but through higher levels of reality, carrying with it the story of guards who have not been afraid to explore the unknown and embrace eternal evolution.
