Activităţi specifice cenaclului şi cluburilor din cadrul centrului:

1. Organizarea manifestării SF naţionale ROMCON’ 90.

2. Publicarea de fanzine proprii STRING, SATELIT-STRING, QUADRANT, a revistei STRING, participarea la realizarea revistei Ouasar.

3. Participări la toate ROMCON-urile şi convenţiile organizate de diferite cenacluri şi organizaţii (inclusiv cele ale FNTSF-ului) de gen din ţară: ARSFAN, HELION, WELLS – Timişoara; QUASAR – Iaşi; ACSF – Craiova;
GENEZE – Buzău; PENTAGRAMA – Cluj-Napoca; NOI PENTRU VOI, A CINCEA DIMENSIUNE, NOVA 5,5 – Galaţi; BRAIN & BRANT și ANTARES – Braşov; ATLANTIS – Cernavodă; SFERA – Brăila; QUO VADIS – Giurgiu; REGII NISIPURILOR – Constanţa; VLADIMIR COLIN – Oţelul Roşu; ARGONAUT – Târgovişte.

4. Participarea la convenţiile europene şi mondiale de Science-Fiction: FREUCON’92 – Germania, EUROCON ‘93 – Anglia, EUROCON ‘94 – Timişoara, EUROCON şi WORLDCON ‘95 – Marea Britanie, EUROCON’96 – Spania, WORLDCON’96 – SUA.

5. Realizarea de diapozitive în cadrul activităţii de cercetare.

6. Participarea la concursuri de dans modern şi realizarea unor spectacole cu trupa de dans DANSTRING;

7. Co-organizare cu aport diferit de la ediţie la ediţie (1991-2000) a taberei naţionale de SF: ATLANTYKRON și apoi participări importante cu programe, până în august 2019.

8. Organizarea manifestării anuale O NOAPTE FANTASTICĂ, la care sunt invitaţi fani SF, oameni de ştiinţă, specialişti, jurnalişti, în special din Bucureşti.

CSPSF a reuşit să realizeze o punte de legătură între tineri, scriitori consacraţi şi începători, oameni de ştiinţă ş.a. în domeniile literaturii şi artei SF, a ştiinţei prospective şi de frontieră etc., acoperind destul de bine această arie de activităţi pentru tineret dar nu numai.

STRING Center

The Center for Sciences, Prospective, Creativity and Fiction, briefly called the String Center, is an association without patrimonial purpose, of the researchers in the field of technical and humanistic sciences, prospective sciences and future, creativity, inventive and innovation, creators and science-fiction publicists among these fields.

C.S.P.C.F. It has an unlimited operating time and ensures the necessary organizational framework for young people and adults interested in widening and deepening knowledge in the fields: border sciences and complexity, literary and artistic creation, development and stimulation of creativity, imagination and inventiveness in the sphere of research and innovation.

C.S.P.C.F. It aims to assert and protect the interests of creators in the fields: science, art, science-fiction, political-fiction, scientific researchers and fans, members and other profile associations.

At the same time, the association deals with the formal or non -formal education of the young generation, resulting in its integration in society and eliminating the trends of social exclusion by age or training.

The String Center aims to develop projects at national, European but also international level.

Within C.S.P.C.F. The following compartments work:
- Laboratory of prospective sciences (studies, analyzes, syntheses, experiments - gold and sections, etc.;
- IT laboratory;
- Art'sf Club (theater, plastic, design, future clothing, other forms;
- Cenaclul "String" (editorial string).
- who's (creation - videos, movies, documentaries, viewing).
-The Music Club String (composition, interpretation of vocal, instrumental, Danstring, road up).

CSPCF, officially published in October 1990, having as precursor the String Cenacle established in 1987 in the University of Polytechnic Bucharest, facilitates its members access to the latest information and practices in science, literature and art, religion and ecology, energy - bioenergy, alternative and complementary therapies.
