Lawyer and architect by profession, she holds a doctorate in administrative sciences, specialized in human rights, political and constitutional institutions, European legislation. He was director, deputy, parliamentary adviser, head of the Community Law service at the Chamber of Deputies. As a deputy of the Romanian Humanist Party, a member of the Commission for the revision of the Constitution since 2003, he amended the Constitution of 1991, introducing into the PUR proposals the principle of separation and balance of powers in the state, and personally – the principle of deconcentration.
For two years, he was the director and moderator of the show Umanism transformation on 6TV.RO, proposing to publish the accumulated literature, scientific literature and new fiction, to launch his paintings and to highlight contemporary personalities from different fields. He published three volumes of poetry.
Passionate about philosophy, political theory, physics, mathematics and poetry, she has been and is active in these fields within groups, cenacles, research centers, publishing numerous articles in collective volumes, participating in conferences in the country and abroad. She is a follower of humanism, developing her own line: Spiritualized Humanism.
In 1987, he established the STRING Hall in the Bucharest Polytechnic University, at the Faculty of Energy, which still exists today, under the name STRING Center. He founded STRING magazine in 1991 (see SF Dictionary, ed. Nemira, 1999, pg. 47, pg. 155, pg. 216). As a SF promoter, he participated in the organization of the Romanian fandom, the FNTSF, the Atlantykron summer camp, supporting numerous young people in avant-garde activity.
In 1991, he founded the Tornada Publishing House, following step by step the advice of his friend Valentin NICOLAU, who at the same time founded the Nemira Publishing House.
The first book published by Tornada publishing house was the incunabulum About witches and fortune-tellers by Ulric Monitor, translated from Latin, for the first time in Romania, by Tiberiu Dăioni and Delia Dună, with an introductory study by Tiberiu Turculeț (see: http://demonologia.blogspot.ro/2011/02/despre-vrajitoare-si-prezicatoare-2.html).
Currently, he is an editor, editor, writer, painter and continues to lead, as the founding president, the StrING Center, guiding its activity in the development of significant volumes for contemporary philosophical, scientific and literary thinking, aiming at the development of projects of national, European and global importance.
